At Skin By Erika Vega we respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal data. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We only transfer or share your personal data with third parties under the terms established in this Privacy Notice. These communications are only made if you have consented to them or when your consent is not required, in terms of applicable legislation.

It is also important to us that you have the ability to make informed decisions about how we use your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains the privacy policies and practices that govern Skin By Erika Vega in relation to our treatment of your personal data (treatment being understood as the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of said data) and the measures we take to protect your data. What personal data is obtained by Skin By Erika Vega?

This data includes: name, title, handwritten signature, electronic signature, federal taxpayer registration (RFC); copy of the document that proves your identity (Voter Credential with Photo or other type of document);

Obtaining personal data.

Skin By Erika Vega collects data from you either personally or directly (e.g. via email, telephone, or through your interaction with the Website). Some examples are as follows:

• When you register on the Website to receive information and promotions;
• When you purchase products or services through the Site or in our stores;
• When you contact us, whatever the reason for your communication, through the Website, one of our branches, or through our points of sale abroad;

Transfer of personal data.

Skin By Erika Vega may share or transfer your personal data under the terms described below.

These services are provided under our instructions, in accordance with the terms of the corresponding contracts. As our affiliates are located outside of Mexico, please consider that your data may be transferred to other countries. Skin By Erika Vega strives to ensure that the companies in our group that may receive or have access to your personal data operate under the same internal processes and policies regarding privacy; likewise, Skin By Erika Vega strives to ensure that each of its affiliates complies with the laws and regulations applicable to privacy and the protection of personal data in each jurisdiction.

1. Transfers to third parties. We inform you that Skin By Erika Vega may transfer your personal data to third parties, to the extent that such transfer is necessary to process your purchase order. In this regard, your data may be transferred to:

1. Companies that provide payment processing and fraud prevention services. Additionally, Skin By Erika Vega may use or disclose your personal data when we consider, in good faith, that applicable law allows us to use or disclose your data, in terms of articles 4 and 37 of the LFPDPPP. The above includes, for example, when such transfer is necessary to protect you, to comply with any legal process or with requests from authorities, to respond to claims or to protect the property rights or safety of Skin By Erika Vega, its affiliates, Skin By Erika Vega employees, customers or the rights of third parties.

Please note that information relating to our clients, including their personal data, may be disclosed or transferred to a third party in the context of negotiations for a merger or sale of assets or an acquisition.

Protection of data and information associated with credit and/or debit cards; security measures.

At Skin By Erika Vega, we have established physical, administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, while such data is under our control.

With respect to credit and/or debit card information, we are required to obtain, process and maintain card information used for payment in accordance with security rules that have been adopted by credit card companies such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In addition, when you provide us with personal information online, that information is encrypted before transmission using a security protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We also use SSL to allow you to securely view your account and registration information online.

Online account information can only be accessed through the use of a password. You must keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all transactions made on the Website by another person using the password for which you are responsible. “ARCO” rights.

Pursuant to the LFPDPPP, you have the right to access, rectify and cancel the personal data you have provided to us. You also have the right to object to certain processing activities we carry out and the right to revoke at any time the consent you have given us to process your data to the extent permitted by law. The aforementioned rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition are commonly known as "ARCO Rights". We will inform you, at least: (i) the information that you must provide to identify yourself and the documents that you will need to attach to your request; if applicable, the information that your legal representative must provide to identify himself and to prove that he is acting on your behalf and representing you; (ii) the time periods within which you will receive a response in relation to your request; (iii) information regarding how you should submit your request, including the forms that you can use (if any) and; (iv) the method or means in which we will deliver the information to you (which will generally be through the delivery of copies or data messages).

You may update, review or correct the information stored in your account directly by accessing "My Account" using the corresponding password.

Options to limit or disclose your personal data.

Skin By Erika Vega offers you the possibility of making decisions about how we use your personal data and we offer you various means to inform us about your decision. Please note that your right to express your refusal to a treatment, prior to the treatment, cannot be exercised by your wife, concubine, children, among others.

In the event that we make a relevant modification to this Notice, we will make the Privacy Notice available to you again under the terms established by law.
