Shipping
It is important that the client knows all the policies that skinbyerikavega.mx has, since once the order is generated and payment is confirmed, the client accepts the terms and conditions, exchange policy, as well as the shipping and security policies.
First of all, it is important to note that once the shipping guide has been generated, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor it to ensure successful delivery, and in the event of an incident, to report it to the courier company and our customer service department to file the report with the responsible area, thus facilitating delivery and ensuring it is done successfully.
Skinbyerikavega.mx is not responsible for any incident that may arise, whether it be delays, orders with missing information, etc.
Shipping Policies
Skinbyerikavega.mx (Skin by Erika Vega Company SA de CV) delivers your order to the address you want, providing coverage to the municipalities available within the Mexican Republic through the parcel company.
Our shipments are made with the company Estafeta , sometimes due to lack of coverage the client can decide which package is at their destination, in this case the client is responsible for the shipping costs.
Our shipments through Estafeta are FREE. In cases where the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer or person was not at home, or because the parcel service tried to contact the number provided for the shipment and did not receive a response or for another reason, the cost of the guide will be $400.00 MXN for the reshipment.
Delivery times
Shipments at Skin by Erika Vega take 2 to 10 business days depending on the courier.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated according to the selected shipping method (home delivery or delivery to a branch) and delivery may vary according to the policies of the courier company (please note that there are areas where courier companies do not have daily deliveries, please check the policies directly with the courier company).
The preparation time for your order will be between 1 to 3 business days, not counting Sundays, once payment, address and size have been confirmed (except on sales days and/or special promotions such as Skin Anniversary, Hot Sale, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Buen Fin, the holiday season, etc.).
Once the purchase preparation process is complete, a tracking number will be generated and provided to you by email. Delivery time will depend on the area of the address provided. Please consider that the courier service may experience delays on days with high demand. Skin by Erika Vega will not be responsible for any delivery delays that the courier service may experience.

** Air delivery times only apply to major cities with an airport or courier company coverage.
It happens forced
In the event that Estafeta parcel service does not have coverage at the requested address for delivery, a Forced Occurrence will be carried out.
You will have 5 business days or the time established by the courier company to pick up your package once it is in the offices. If you do not do so within the established time, the package will be returned to its origin.
*Refunds will not be possible.

Customer return process:
- You will be notified via WhatsApp that the merchandise has returned to our warehouse and the advisor will notify you of the steps to follow to resend your order.
- You must pay the return freight of $400 MXN to the following account:

- Once you have been notified of the return of your package, it will be stored in our warehouse for only 1 month.
Delivery exception
If no one is found to receive the goods, the courier will make a maximum of 2 visits to your home. If the package cannot be delivered on the second visit, the product will be placed in an office of the courier company for a certain time in accordance with the policies of each courier. Please call the customer service number of the corresponding courier company to schedule delivery or collection at the offices; when the storage time expires and the package is not collected, it will be returned to origin.
*Refunds will not be possible.

When you place your order and request delivery via the service occurs (delivery at Estafeta point), you will have 5 business days or the time established by the courier company to pick up your package once it is in the offices. If this time is not met, the package will be returned to its origin.

Lost or stolen packages.
Skin by Erika Vega is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are confirmed as delivered by the courier company. The customer must follow up and file a report to the customer service number of the corresponding courier company so that they assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the items.
Delayed packages
Skin by Erika Vega is not responsible for packages delayed by the corresponding courier company. The customer must follow up and file a report to the courier company's customer service number so that they can assume responsibility and report the reasons for the delay, as well as the location of the package.
Warranties and liability
- The times for both the preparation of your purchase and the delivery by the courier are estimates and may vary depending on various factors both internal and external to the company.
- Skin by Erika Vega will not assume any responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses, we ask you to check and make sure that the shipping address is correct.
- If you have any problems with your shipment after having generated the report number with the corresponding courier, you can request our support with the tracking of the incident by sending us an email to skinbyerikavega@outlook.com, where you must include your tracking number, report number, order number, and a brief explanation of the situation.
It is important that when you receive your package you check the condition of the bag. If the packaging bag is damaged or the box is open or broken, leaving part of the interior exposed, do not receive it. Write down the comments on the courier's receipt and report it immediately to the Skin by Erika Vega area via email: skinbyerikavega@outlook.com, otherwise Skin by Erika Vega will not be responsible for any damage that the products may present or the lack of any of the products.
SECURITY POLICIES
Identity Validation
The Skin by Erika Vega verification team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to perform an identity verification, in the following cases:
- When the shipping information is not complete, or we detect something unusual at the address provided.
- The recipient's name does not match the name of the Debit/Credit card holder.
- When any information on your credit or debit card is missing, such as expiration date, CCV code...
- When our system detects any unusual or fraudulent movement in the order.
We make this request to protect your safety and verify that you are the cardholder or are authorized to use it, and to prevent cases of fraud or illegal purchases.
In case you receive an email or WhatsApp for identity validation, it is necessary that you please send us a photo of the official identification (INE, Driver's License or Passport) of the cardholder, front and back, to continue with the process of preparing and sending products.
Skin by Erika Vega reserves the right to cancel the order within 72 business hours if the customer does not comply with the identity validation or if the identification is not legible. In such case, you must request a refund of the amount charged directly from your bank.
We appreciate your cooperation and fully respect your right to privacy; the information you provide us is used to process your orders; rest assured that under no circumstances will we share your data with third parties.

Time in which the refund applies.
It is important to note that REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED when the area in charge of the online store deems it necessary, taking up to 72 hours to respond to analyze the case.
If the refund is accepted, the process for applying it will be shared with you.
If you made the payment via debit or credit card, it will be reflected in 4 to 10 business days. Depending on the bank.
If the payment was made by BANK TRANSFER or BANK DEPOSIT, the corresponding data will be requested and it will be made via bank transfer. In this case, the advisor will contact the client via WhatsApp.
